A directory of mental health and support services for pregnant and postpartum families

Building a stronger community through improved access to care, provider connection, and community engagement, WNYPPC connects pregnant and postpartum families with mental health and support services in WNY.

You are not alone.  All are welcome here.

About 10-20% of parents will experience anxiety or depression during pregnancy or within the first year after birth.
Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (most often depression and anxiety) are the #1 complication of pregnancy and childbirth.
PMADs are treatable and temporary.  Talk therapy, social supports, medication if necessary, and self care can help you feel better.
This is a guide to many of the services available in our community.
