Co-Director Jennifer Urban was interviewed by the Erie County Anti-Stigma Coalition for a piece about stigma regarding postpartum mental health. We are passionate about breaking the stigma around asking for help for postpartum mental health. It's more than OK to ask for help. It's wonderful and healthy. You do not have to struggle alone!
