Postpartum Support International

Postpartum Support International’s toll-free Help Line, in English and Spanish, serves more than 100 callers a month and rapidly refers callers to appropriate local resources including emergency services. Online Support Groups in English and Spanish every week, led by trained PSI facilitators. Free Phone “Chat with the Experts” First Mondays for Dads and every Wednesday for Moms, facilitated by PSI Professionals.

Postpartum Resource Center of New York offers free and confidential telephone support through Moms on Call and Family Support volunteers.  Open 7 days a week, from 9am to 5pm, with all calls returned same day.
