Jamie is a Certified IIN Health & Nutrition Coach with a passion for empowering families to nurture their children's well-being through thoughtful nutrition. Her journey took a pivotal turn 15 years ago during her first pregnancy, when she discovered the challenges of finding reliable resources on child nutrition. Jamie specializes in educating families on how to fuel their kids' growing minds and bodies using wholesome, nutrient-rich foods. She provides practical, personalized strategies to tackle common challenges, such as picky eating, sports nutrition, and reducing reliance on processed foods. Her goal is to create sustainable, realistic changes that align with each family's unique lifestyle. Beyond guiding parents, Jamie is passionate about empowering kids to develop a healthy relationship with food. She equips parents with tools for meaningful conversations about nutrition and works directly with children to instill lifelong habits of balance and mindfulness.
