Nurturing Sleep Through Attachment
If sleep has been feeling heavy, confusing, or overwhelming, you are not alone. And more importantly, you are not doing anything wrong. This in-person workshop is designed to gently shift the way we view baby and toddler sleep. Together, we’ll explore how sleep is deeply connected to your child’s development, nervous system, and, most importantly, their attachment to you. Inside this space, we’ll move away from pressure, rigid rules, and the idea that children need to “learn” to sleep on their own. Instead, we’ll focus on understanding the root causes of sleep challenges and how connection, responsiveness, and trust can support more restful nights, for both you and your child. We’ll cover: What biologically normal sleep looks like Why night wakings happen How attachment and emotional safety impact sleep Supporting your child to sleep without sleep training Gentle, realistic ways to approach bedtime and overnight support Navigating regressions, transitions, and changing sleep needs This is not about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. It’s about giving you the confidence to trust your instincts, understand your child more deeply, and feel supported in the choices you’re already making. Come as you are. Ask questions. Connect with other parents. Leave feeling grounded, reassured, and empowered in your sleep journey.
