The Intention Reset
The Intention Reset: A gentle reset for how you nourish, move, and show up. Open to all but perfect for anyone looking to reconnect to their body. This is not another New Year’s resolution that works for a week and then quietly falls apart. The Intention Reset Program is a six-session, small-group experience starting January 26th (1/26-3/9), created for people who are ready to step away from rigid goals, constant self-correction, and the pressure to “start over” every January. Instead of willpower-based change, this program helps you reconnect with your body’s cues, clarify what actually matters to you, and build flexible health-promoting routines that support your real life. Through guided, embodied practices led by yoga therapist Kaitlyn Vittozzi, and nutrition support from Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Jen Haefele, participants learn how to reset unhelpful patterns and move toward a more intentional, sustainable way of living—without extremes, rules, or shame. If you’re ready to do something different this January, the Intention Reset Program begins January 26th. Spaces are limited to keep the group supportive and intentional.
